Forest bathing walks for the general public take place at various parks and woods across Liverpool including the beautiful Childwall Woods and Fields which is also a designated nature reserve, and Croxteth Park .

Join me & Nicky from Wuji Wellbeing for a relaxing and restorative morning of Qigong and the nature connection practice of Forest Bathing. You will be guided to gently move and awaken your body and senses, connecting with the energy of Spring in the beautiful Nature Reserve at Mere Sands.

Spend a relaxed morning in the peaceful settings of the Spinney Woods at Ness Botanic Gardens.

You will be guided on a slow walk through the woods, connecting to Nature and your senses.

No previous experience necessary.

Forest Bathing at Croxteth Park 2025

Cost: £20 per person

You will be guided on a slow, gentle walk through beautiful woodland in Croxteth Country Park.

You will be offered a series of nature connection activities designed to help support you to be more present and connect to the natural world. We will end with some herbal tea and light snacks.

Forest bathing encourages you to slow down, quieten the mind and relax through immersing yourself in nature.
